Your path to Harmony & Resilience: The Winter Reset program offers;
Up to 10 Private Sessions (2 per month, 60-75 minutes)
Personalized Winter Wellness Plan
Mindfulness and self-compassion practices aligned with each reset.
Reflection journal prompts and exercises
Optional email support between sessions.
Coaching is available On-line which is convenient and accessible from anywhere.

Investment (Sliding Scale)
This is a transformational investment in your well-being includes a 4 to 5-month journey to nurture balance, resilience, and inner calm through the winter season.
I believe personal growth should be accessible and rooted in generosity. The sliding-scale investment reflects that value, allowing each woman to choose what feels both comfortable and sustainable, while contributing to our community with shared support and care.
Base Tier – $1,000 For those needing financial ease and support.
Sustain Tier – $1,500 Standard investment that sustains the program and honors its value.
Support Tier – $1,700 Pay-it-forward option that helps sponsor another woman’s participation.
You choose what you can invest in your transformation. Flexible payment options are available, monthly or in full. When paid in full, you’ll receive a 10% discount as a thank-you for your commitment to your growth and generosity.
