Spring Resilience:
Growing Your Capacity for Stress Resilience & Intentional Living
A restorative, reflective, and practical small‑group experience for women navigating daily stress and burnout—and craving more meaning, balance, and ease.
Spring invites us to grow our capacity. Not by doing more—but by slowing down, listening inward, and learning how to meet stress with steadiness, self‑compassion, and intention.
This virtual spring group is designed as a gentle yet powerful reset—a space to restore your nervous system, reconnect with what matters, and integrate simple, sustainable practices that support your whole life.
Who This Group Is For
This group is for women who:
Feel stretched thin by daily stress, responsibilities, or burnout
Are functioning on the outside but feel depleted on the inside
Crave more balance, meaning, and intentional living
Want tools for stress resilience without pressure or perfection
Value reflection, meditation, and community connection
Are ready to care for themselves with more compassion and consistency
You do not need to be experienced in mindfulness or meditation. This space is welcoming, supportive, and accessible to beginners.

What This Group Offers
Over 8 weeks we will move through a thoughtfully designed program that blends:
Guided Mediation
Practices that focus on Nervous System Regulation
Mindfulness & Self-Compassion
Learn how to integrate these practices daily, allowing them to become your guiding light in managing stress
Deep Connections
Meaningful group discussion and shared wisdom
Self-Care Strategies
Reflective journaling and embodied awareness
Stress Management
Integration of practices into real, everyday life
This is not about fixing yourself.
It’s about building the capacity to feel, to rest, to choose and live with more intention.
The Framework: 5 Cups to Live By
Throughout the program, we’ll work with the 5 Cups framework, which reflects the core areas that sustain well‑being and builds stress resilience:
Physical Cup – rest, sleep, movement, nourishment
Emotional Cup – compassion, expression, regulation
Cognitive Cup – focus, boundaries, mental clarity
Relational Cup – connection, belonging, community
Spiritual Cup – meaning, values, purpose, presence
You’ll learn to notice what it feels like when each cup is depleted—and how to gently refill them through small, integrated practices.
Practices You’ll Experience
Rather than overwhelming you with information, we’ll focus on experiential learning and integration, including:
Gentle arrival and/or closing meditations each session
Breathing practices for calm and regulation
Mindful movement and grounding techniques
Reflective journaling and expressive writing
Gratitude as a daily resilience practice
Rituals and boundaries that support balance
Tools for focus, rest, and intentional transitions
You’ll leave with tools you can actually use—woven into your days, not added as another task.

Words of Program Appreciation
“Beat the Winter Blues program is hosted by one of the loveliest people I have ever met. Kristina's kind and compassionate guidance provided us with tools to address holistic health while offering us a supportive environment to form authentic connections with other women. It helped me reestablish my personal meditation practice and gave me clarity on what really matters. Don't pass up the opportunity to join a community of women to meditate and support each other through Spokane's challenging winters, you won't be disappointed!” ~Laura N.
“I felt that Kristina’s routine and approach to the group was a good balance of prescriptive and letting us kind of find our own way. I felt that you were open and available to help us process things or answer questions about the content of the group.” ~Tess B.
“I've struggled with seasonal depression for as long as I can remember. I was immediately drawn to the idea of this program. Kristina has such a calming way of being. Just being in her presence feels healing. So, I signed up! Having a group of caring women to gather with throughout the winter gave me something to look forward to. It got me out of the house when I tend to stay in and isolated. I learned some useful tools for improving my life, health and relationships. I enjoyed spending the time just for me. I was amazed to find myself in a much better mood overall this past winter. If you struggle with "the winter blues" I highly recommend this group. I plan on doing it again next year!” ~Tanya S.
